• This role involves bringing accounting fully in-house.
• Ownership of the monthly close and core accounting operations.
• Drive discipline, accuracy, and reliability across various accounting processes.
• Manage billing and revenue recognition processes.
• Oversee accounts payable and accounts receivable operations.
• Support audit and reporting, maintaining strong internal controls.
• Improve systems and processes using tools like QuickBooks and Stripe.
• 5–8 years of progressive accounting experience required.
• Comfort in communicating with customers regarding billing.

• 5–8 years of progressive accounting experience.
• Ability to directly own a full monthly close process.
• Strong reconciliation skills and operational accounting discipline.
• Experience in SaaS, marketplace, or platform-based environments preferred.
• Detail-oriented and deadline-driven execution style.
• High reliability and strong sense of ownership.
• Customer-centric mindset.
• Passion for exploring and implementing AI technologies.
