Senior Staff Accountant - Remote

Overview

The Senior Staff Accountant is a key member of Toptal’s Finance team, responsible for month-end and year-end closing activities across multiple entities, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.

• Assist with month-end and year-end accounting close.
• Support consolidation activities across multiple entities.
• Contribute to the development of accounting policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA preferred.
• 4+ years of progressive accounting experience.
• Strong proficiency in US GAAP and accounting principles.
• Experience with multi-entity accounting and consolidation.
• Hands-on ERP experience; Intacct a plus.
• Advanced Excel skills and analytical abilities.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Outstanding communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be a world-class individual contributor.
