Overview

Daxko is seeking a strategic and hands-on Manager of Security Operations & Engineering to lead and evolve security operations, driving the maturity of the SOC and incident response capabilities.

In Short

• Lead and inspire a team of security engineers and SOC analysts.

Requirements

• 8+ years in security operations and/or engineering.
• 3+ years in a leadership or management role.
• Expertise in IAM, cloud security (AWS/Azure), and vulnerability management.
• Hands-on experience with SIEM/SOAR and threat intelligence.
• Strong project management and communication skills.
• A passion for mentoring technical teams.
• Familiarity with compliance standards (SOC 2, ISO 27001).
• Security certifications such as CISSP, CISM.
• Experience using automation or AI in security operations.
• Experience in high-growth environments.
