Daxko is seeking an energetic, relationship-driven Field Marketing Manager to join our Growth Marketing team and help bring our brand to life in the markets we serve. This role involves owning on-the-ground sales enablement, overseeing high-impact local and regional events, and leading vibrant user group initiatives within the fitness industry.

Requirements

• Proven experience in executing successful field events.
• Strong campaign planning and analytics skills.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
• Highly creative and detail-oriented.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in field marketing.
• Experience in the fitness or hospitality industry preferred.
• 4+ years of field marketing experience in B2B SaaS preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 15 pounds when needed.
