Overview

The Sales Operations Manager at Consensus will be pivotal in driving process consistency, forecast accuracy, and operational excellence across the GTM organization. This role requires strong analytical skills and the ability to partner cross-functionally to support revenue growth.

In Short

  • Manage sales forecasting and pipeline analysis.
  • Support GTM planning processes including quota setting and capacity modeling.
  • Build dashboards for visibility into pipeline and revenue performance.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams.
  • Optimize sales processes and ensure CRM compliance.
  • Maintain training materials and support sales enablement.
  • Serve as a HubSpot CRM subject matter expert.
  • Evaluate and integrate tools across the GTM stack.
  • Prepare executive summaries and board-level reporting.
  • Drive accountability and streamline processes across teams.

Requirements

  • 3–6 years of experience in Sales Operations or Revenue Operations.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Deep knowledge of CRM systems, preferably HubSpot.
  • Excellent communication skills for executive audiences.
  • Experience managing forecasts and KPIs.
  • Proven ability to partner cross-functionally.
  • Familiarity with reporting tools and Excel/Google Sheets.
