UpCodes is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Senior Recruiter to fill critical roles, focusing on both Technical and Business roles, in a fast-paced environment.

In Short

• Work closely with the current Recruiting team and leadership to understand hiring needs.
• Coordinate the recruitment lifecycle for Technical and Non-Technical roles.
• Assist in planning and creating job descriptions.
• Source a strong pipeline of candidates for open positions.
• Engage with job boards and social networks to find talent.
• Build a deep understanding of UpCodes’ offerings.
• Maintain relationships with qualified talent for future openings.
• Communicate UpCodes’ vision to create a meaningful candidate experience.
• Participate in continuous learning to improve recruiting strategies.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience at a tech company, preferably a startup.
• 4+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting.
• Strong stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Data-driven approach to recruiting.
• Deep understanding of ATS platforms and recruitment strategies.
• Proactive and strategic mindset.
• Ability to thrive in a rapidly evolving environment.
