Overview

As a founding Customer Success Manager (CSM) at UpCodes, you'll have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact by helping customers experience how UpCodes can enhance their daily workflows, drive value, and foster long-term relationships.

In Short

  • Partner with new accounts for smooth onboarding and successful implementation.
  • Nurture existing client relationships to drive ongoing adoption.
  • Act as the “glue” between customers and internal teams.
  • Build processes and standards defining the CSM function.
  • Conduct product demos to highlight features.
  • Develop self-service resources like webinars and guides.
  • Cover support channels when needed.

Requirements

  • Minimum of three years of experience in a Customer Success Manager role at a SaaS company.
  • Prior experience in the AEC industry is encouraged.
  • Strong communication skills to engage clients effectively.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • Comfortable working across multiple functions.
