Requirements

  • 2+ years in Customer Success or Account Management.
  • Proven success in account management or sales.
  • Experience with Customer Success tools.
  • Background in B2B2C, especially in food/hospitality.
  • Commitment to personal growth and continuous development.
  • Bonus: Experience in the restaurant industry.
