Customer Marketing Manager - Remote

Overview

The Customer Marketing Manager will drive initiatives to retain and grow the existing customer base by designing and executing programs that inspire, educate, and engage customers.

In Short

• Lead campaigns (email, push, SMS, webinars) that increase adoption and retention.
• Partner with Customer Success to develop content and resources that drive product engagement.

Requirements

• 4+ years’ experience in customer marketing, lifecycle marketing, or product marketing.
• Proven ability to influence customer behavior through effective content.
• Strong storytelling and writing skills across various channels.
• Comfortable working cross-functionally, especially with Customer Success.
• Analytical mindset to measure campaign impacts.
• Excitement to help shape the foundation of Customer Marketing.
