Requirements

  • 5+ years of B2B lifecycle marketing experience with demonstrated focus on customer growth and retention.
  • Data-driven decision maker who balances analytical insights with creative marketing approaches.
  • Hands-on experience with customer engagement platforms (Braze, Marketo, Customer.io, or other) and familiarity working with Customer Data Platforms (CDP).
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in customer segmentation, A/B testing, and performance measurement.
  • Knowledge of B2B SaaS customer lifecycle and demand funnel.
  • Exceptional writing skills with ability to create compelling, conversion-focused content for SMB audiences.
