Customer Marketing Manager - Remote

Overview

As a Customer Marketing Manager at HackerOne, you’ll help build our customer communication program and scale our customer advocacy engine. Your work will deepen relationships, strengthen our brand, and drive pipeline by amplifying customer stories.

In Short

• Drive a communication strategy that informs customers of new product features.
• Identify, engage, and nurture customer advocates across regions and industries.
• Partner with content and design to produce compelling assets and case studies.
• Coordinate customer references for sales and analyst engagements.
• Source and prepare customer speakers for events and media opportunities.
• Embed customer voices into integrated marketing campaigns and product launches.
• Develop and run expansion and cross-sell customer campaigns.
• Partner closely with Customer Success, Sales, and Product Marketing.
• Manage a comprehensive customer research program for feedback collection.
• Maintain program KPIs and dashboards to track performance and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in customer marketing or related roles in B2B SaaS.
• Proven track record of developing customer relationships and impactful stories.
• Experience with running expansion or cross-sell sales plays.
• Strong writing and editing skills with a knack for storytelling.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Comfortable engaging directly with customers and navigating executive-level conversations.
• Experience with tools such as Salesforce, Slack, or customer reference platforms.
• A collaborative mindset and a passion for elevating the customer voice.
