Overview

As an Onboarding Consultant with Toast’s Emerging Markets team, you will serve as the customer’s relationship manager and point of contact from account purchase through the onboarding phase, focusing on Mandarin-speaking clients.

In Short

• Serve as the primary contact for Mandarin-speaking clients during onboarding.
• Leverage product knowledge to assist restaurant owners with their Toast systems.
• Manage multiple onboarding engagements simultaneously.
• Consult with clients to determine configuration needs prior to go-live.
• Document the onboarding process and ensure adherence to best practices.
• Drive internal communication to resolve project blockers.
• Flexibly prioritize work based on customer needs and company goals.
• Work autonomously under an Onboarding Manager.
• Achieve monthly activation goals.
• Support clients in utilizing Toast for operational efficiencies.

Requirements

• Bilingual/Fluent in Mandarin & English required.
• 3+ years of experience in customer satisfaction and business operations.
• Ability to operate independently in a changing environment.
• Proven success in meeting and exceeding goals.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
