Overview

The Onboarding Consultant at Bonterra is responsible for delivering client implementations of software solutions to nonprofit organizations, ensuring they adopt technology that measures outcomes and drives donations.

In Short

• Work independently on 4-15 week client implementations.
• Design and implement solutions tailored to customer needs.
• Empower clients with skills to take ownership of their solutions.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients at various organizational levels.
• Balance client satisfaction with project budgets and timelines.
• Conduct technical demonstrations of solutions to clients.
• Manage 15-20 projects simultaneously.
• Utilize tools like Salesforce and Monday.com for project management.
• Identify and respond to project risks proactively.
• Meet weekly with customers over Zoom for updates.

Requirements

• 4+ years of professional customer-facing experience.
• Experience in project management or customer success.
• Strong problem-solving skills and technical agility.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Preferred experience in nonprofit organizations.
• Familiarity with Bonterra Tech software is a plus.
• Experience using Microsoft Excel and Lucidchart.
• Strong relationship-building skills.
• Active listening skills to understand client needs.
