Onboarding Consultant - Remote

Overview

The Onboarding Consultant will engage and inspire new and existing customers throughout the Americas region, ensuring their successful adoption of Turnitin's products.

• Lead customer onboarding processes for Turnitin's product suite.
• Deliver engaging training sessions for education professionals.
• Provide technical support and solutions for customer issues.
• Collect feedback to improve training and onboarding experiences.
• Monitor success metrics and ensure onboarding milestones are met.
• Create high-quality training materials aligned with customer needs.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer success.
• Work during U.S. Central Time business hours.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience required.
• 3+ years of experience in customer onboarding at a SaaS company.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Tech-savvy and able to quickly learn new software.
• Customer empathy and engagement skills.
• Ability to travel for on-site visits or conferences.
