  • 3+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quota.
  • Ability to manage complex sales cycles.
  • Strong consultative selling skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM.
  • Comfortable in a metrics-driven environment.
  • Preferred experience selling to nonprofits.
  • Ability to navigate procurement processes.
  • Background in mission-driven or SaaS companies.
