Overview

As a Privacy Security Analyst at Bonterra, you will help embed data protection principles into operations and platforms, ensuring compliance and reducing risk in a rapidly evolving global landscape.

In Short

• Support execution and improvement of Bonterra’s privacy program.
• Assist in implementing privacy frameworks like GDPR and CCPA.
• Conduct Data Protection Impact Assessments (DPIAs).
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering for privacy-by-design.
• Support incident response and breach investigations.
• Deliver privacy awareness and training across the organization.
• Manage data processing inventories and Records of Processing Activities.
• Track and mitigate privacy risks with InfoSec teams.
• Evaluate vendors for privacy compliance.
• Communicate privacy risks clearly to diverse audiences.

Requirements

• Multiple years of experience in privacy, data protection, or compliance roles.
• Knowledge of privacy frameworks (GDPR, CCPA, HIPAA).
• Understanding of SaaS data flows and vendor ecosystems.
• Ability to communicate privacy risks effectively.
• Preferred experience with InfoSec teams and privacy certifications.
• Familiarity with privacy tools like OneTrust.
• Knowledge of AI/ML privacy risks.
