Privacy and Security Analyst - Remote

Overview

Webflow is seeking a dynamic Privacy and Security Analyst to assist with data privacy and security matters, helping to shape global compliance and data protection initiatives.

In Short

• Remote-first location (United States; BC & ON, Canada)
• Full-time, permanent position
• Responsible for privacy and security program oversight
• Conduct regular risk assessments and audits
• Investigate and manage privacy incidents and breaches
• Develop and update privacy policies and training materials
• Monitor regulatory developments and industry trends
• Collaborate on data-sharing agreements
• Participate in company-wide bonus program
• Report to the Lead Global Privacy Counsel

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in privacy compliance or similar roles
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
• Strong knowledge of privacy regulations
• Experience managing privacy and security incidents
• Proficiency with project management tools (JIRA, Confluence)
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience with Privacy-by-Design principles
• Preferred certifications: CIPP, CIPT, or CIPM
• Able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
