Overview

As a Senior Account Executive at Instrumentl, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and shaping the future of our Sales team while helping nonprofits manage grants effectively.

In Short

  • Deliver a consultative sales experience for prospective customers.
  • Become an expert on grants and institutional fundraising.
  • Conduct 40-50 onboarding sessions per month.
  • Engage in outbound sales using creative tactics.
  • Travel to conferences and industry events.
  • Upgrade customers’ fundraising workflows.
  • Experiment with new onboarding flows and sales pitches.
  • Follow up with prospects promptly.
  • Provide design input for user experience improvements.

Requirements

  • 3-4+ years of closing experience in a customer-facing role at a SaaS company.
  • Strong empathy for solving customer problems.
  • Curiosity to understand customer needs deeply.
  • Grit and willingness to work hard and learn.
  • Excellent communication skills in person and in writing.
  • Drive to take control of your own success.
  • Warmth and friendliness in communication.
  • Tech-savviness with tools like G Suite, Zoom, and Slack.
