Requirements

• 6+ years of hands-on experience in brand and marketing design.
• A solid portfolio demonstrating design excellence and business results.
• Comfortable working across multiple creative formats.
• Experience managing creative projects and providing feedback.
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
• Growth mindset and willingness to learn.
