As a Growth Product Designer at Instrumentl, you will play a crucial role in building innovative technology for our nonprofit customers, helping them succeed through our SaaS platform.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product design experience (B2B SaaS preferred).
• Strong foundation in product design and visual design fundamentals.
• Experience with A/B testing and funnel optimization.
• Ability to interpret analytics to uncover opportunities.
• Interest in strengthening design practices and systems.
• Collaborative mindset and ownership of outcomes.
• Experience with user flows, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes.
• Understanding of responsive web design.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and drive continuous improvement.
• Interest in working with nonprofits.
