Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in design execution and project management.
• Strong design skills with a relevant portfolio.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
• Proactive and self-directed with high agency.
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Experience working with internal teams and external partners.
• Outstanding communication skills for stakeholder alignment.
• Proficiency in design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Figma) and project management platforms.
• Familiarity with AI tools for efficiency improvements.
• Passionate about design and improving work processes.
