Wayflyer is seeking a high-agency Communications Designer/Brand Art Director to evolve and own our global brand identity, blending hands-on design with strategic leadership.

Requirements

• Six or more years of experience in brand art direction.
• A portfolio showcasing exceptional visual storytelling.
• Ability to take ownership of creative projects.
• Experience in performance marketing design.
• Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong presentation and communication skills.
• A passion for designing within constraints.
• A point of view on modern branding.
