The Senior Research Editor will lead the creation of high-quality, research-grade content that drives pipeline and builds trust among founders, leveraging proprietary data and insights.

In Short

• Lead production of monthly flagship content (research reports, playbooks, etc.)
• Transform Wayflyer data and insights into market-defining content
• Architect content arcs for SEO, lead gen, and sales enablement
• Collaborate with Design and Video for multi-channel content assets
• Prioritize themes based on buyer pain and intent
• Set editorial standards for clarity and originality
• Interview experts to extract valuable narratives
• Refresh legacy blog content to meet modern standards

Requirements

• 5+ years in content strategy, editorial, or research roles
• Experience in producing long-form content with substance
• Ability to write clear and focused content
• Strong interviewing skills with various stakeholders
• Knowledge of content repurposing across platforms
• Understanding of LLMs, SEO, and content intersection
• Proficient in data handling and analysis tools
• Familiarity with CMSs and SEO tools
