Requirements

• Quantitatively-oriented advanced degree or equivalent experience.
• 5-10 years of relevant post-grad work experience.
• Strong analytical skills and experience with empirical tools.
• Ability to communicate complex ideas clearly.
• Curiosity and willingness to question existing research.
• Commitment to the mission of global health and poverty alleviation.
• Experience in grantmaking or related fields is a plus.
• Willingness to engage with external stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
