Talent Acquisition Specialist - Research - Remote

In Short

• Lead full-cycle recruitment for research roles.
• Partner with research team leaders to design interview processes.
• Analyze recruitment metrics to inform hiring strategy.
• Coach hiring managers and provide training.
• Build relationships with potential candidates.

• Write effective job descriptions and outreach communications.

Requirements

• 3+ years of in-house, full-cycle recruitment experience.
• Strong data-driven decision-making skills.
• Experience using scorecards for candidate assessments.
• Ability to interview candidates for technical skills.
• Strong relationships with hiring teams and candidates.
• Consultative partnership with senior leaders.
• Familiarity with tech stacks like Greenhouse and LinkedIn Recruiter is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills.
