• Location: LATAM/ Europe
• We enable banks, fintech, retailers, marketplaces, healthcare systems, and many others to provide more secure and delightful experiences to their customers.
• We are seeking a UX researcher to join our Design team and support the development of our products.
• Your contributions will be essential in crafting intuitive, effective, and delightful products.
• Strong communication, attention to detail, and ability to juggle competing priorities are key requirements.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken is necessary.
• A portfolio showcasing studies that align with company goals is highly preferred.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in UX design, human-computer interaction, psychology, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in UX research
• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret and present data
• Experience with user testing and conducting qualitative and quantitative research
• Experience with user research tools such as UserTesting
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Self-starter/proactive mindset
