Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience conducting UX research in a product-focused environment.
• Expertise in both moderated and unmoderated user research methods.
• Proficiency in usability testing, A/B testing, and heuristic evaluations.
• Ability to synthesize and present complex research findings to stakeholders effectively.
• Strong experience working with Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, Axure, or InVision.
• Experience with UserTesting, Lookback.io, Optimal Workshop, Dovetail, Qualtrics, Hotjar, or Maze.
• Portfolio demonstrating past research work, methodologies, and business impact.
• Experience with Google Forms, Typeform, Google Analytics, Mixpanel, or Amplitude.
• Advanced English Level required for effective communication with US clients.
