Senior UX Researcher - Remote

Overview

We are looking for a highly qualified Senior UX Researcher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in service design and digital product development, with a strong knowledge of financial markets. They will be responsible for conducting in-depth research that will inform the design and development of innovative solutions for our clients.

• Conduct qualitative and quantitative research to understand user needs and behaviors.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Psychology, Anthropology, Market Research, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in UX Research focusing on service design and digital products.
• Proven experience in financial markets and understanding user needs in this sector.
• Solid knowledge of design research methods and techniques, including qualitative and quantitative research.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic and agile environment.
