Onboarding Consultant - Remote

Overview

As an Onboarding Consultant at Turnitin, you will engage and inspire new and existing customers throughout the Americas region, helping them navigate change management through customer training and consultation.

In Short

• Own the onboarding process end-to-end for all assigned customers.
• Deliver compelling and interactive training sessions.
• Provide in-depth consulting services using product expertise.
• Identify and mitigate risks associated with product adoption.
• Develop outstanding training materials aligned with customer needs.
• Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
• Work collaboratively across teams to ensure customer success.
• Collect and act on feedback to improve training delivery.
• Monitor project plans and timelines to meet onboarding milestones.
• Engage with customers to inspire them to unlock the full potential of our tools.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience required.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in onboarding customers at a SaaS company.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Tech-savvy with the ability to learn new software quickly.
• Ability to connect with clients and engage them effectively.
• Familiarity with educational technology and learning management systems.
• Availability to work during U.S. Central Time business hours.
• Ability to travel for on-site client visits or conferences (up to 10% annually).
• Fluency in Spanish is highly regarded.
