Overview

The Senior Product Business Intelligence Analyst will drive access to and analysis of company data to create visibility into product health and performance, working collaboratively across functions.

In Short

• Drive access to and analysis of company data.
• Create data visualizations displaying critical metrics.
• Develop self-serve reporting for globally-consistent KPIs.
• Conduct gap analyses of existing data sources.
• Support implementation of key organizational data initiatives.
• Provide day-to-day support for data and BI usage.
• Monitor data quality and integrity within BI infrastructure.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Sales teams.
• Design and execute ad-hoc reporting and analysis.
• Communicate complex information clearly to non-technical colleagues.
