Onboarding Consultant - Remote

Overview

As an Onboarding Consultant at Turnitin, you will be responsible for engaging and inspiring new and existing customers throughout the APAC region, ensuring a seamless implementation of our education technology products.

In Short

• Manage the onboarding process end-to-end for assigned customers.
• Deliver compelling and interactive training sessions for customers.
• Provide in-depth consulting services using advanced functional knowledge.
• Identify and solve technical problems with empathy and optimism.
• Collect and act on customer feedback to improve training delivery.
• Monitor project plans and timelines to ensure onboarding milestones are met.
• Develop high-quality training materials aligned with customer needs.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer success.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience required.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience onboarding customers at a SaaS company.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Tech-savvy with the ability to learn new software quickly.
• Ability to work independently and in ambiguous situations.
• Knowledge of onboarding and customer success processes.
• Willingness to travel for on-site visits or conferences (up to 10% annually).
