Technical Support Representative, Tier 1 - Remote

Overview

The Technical Support Representative will provide world-class client support for Turnitin's product line, ensuring problem resolution and optimal system performance.

In Short

• Respond to technical and non-technical customer queries.
• Support Turnitin products via email, phone, and live chat.
• Coordinate with Engineering and Product Management.
• Develop positive customer relations.
• Assist in maintaining technical documentation.

• Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
• Experience in a customer support role preferred.
• Weekend work and early/late hours required.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience.
• Excellent computer skills.
• Knowledge of operating systems: Windows, Mac, Linux.
• Understanding of Microsoft Office products.
• Excellent planning and organizational skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive material with good judgment.
• Familiarity with Learning Management Systems is a plus.
• Broad understanding of web technologies and SaaS.
