Overview

The Technical Support Representative will play a critical role in delivering world-class client support, responding to both technical and non-technical customer queries while working in a remote-centric culture.

• Provide support for Turnitin's product line via email, phone, and live chat.
• Coordinate with Engineering and Product Management on product issues.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or experience in customer support.
• Fluent in spoken/written English.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects.
• Excellent computer skills.
• Knowledge of Windows, Mac, or Linux OS.
• Good understanding of Microsoft Office products.
• Excellent planning and organizational skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive material with good judgment.
