Overview

The Order Processing Specialist is responsible for accurately processing orders on a daily basis, ensuring compliance and accuracy while collaborating with various departments to support the Global Sales Team.

In Short

• Process orders by managing the assigned case queue.
• Provision new and existing customer accounts across multiple platforms.
• Resolve issues related to purchases or provisioning.
• Respond to email inquiries from internal stakeholders.
• Build and maintain relationships with internal partners.
• Support cross-functional departments including Sales and Finance.
