Order Processing Specialist - Remote

Overview

As an Order Processing Specialist at Committee for Children, you will ensure the accurate and timely processing of SaaS subscriptions and physical product orders, contributing to the well-being of children.

In Short

• Manage incoming order inbox items and maintain a 24-hour SLA.
• Process SaaS and physical product orders according to SOPs.
• Confirm tax accuracy and verify payment capture.
• Escalate order issues as necessary.
• Enter and maintain orders in NetSuite and 360 Billing.
• Provide daily updates and summaries in Slack.
• Support warehouse operations as needed.
• Participate in ad hoc projects and support operational demands.
• Follow detailed SOPs with high accuracy.
• Work onsite in Seattle for collaboration and team building.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in order processing or similar roles.
• Associate’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Strong critical-thinking skills and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with ERP/CRM systems and Office 365.
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Proven reliability and discretion in handling sensitive information.
• Ability to work onsite as needed.
