Overview

As a Technical Support Representative, you will play a critical role in delivering world-class client support, responding to both technical and non-technical customer queries.

In Short

  • Proactively support the Turnitin product line via email, phone, and live chat.
  • Coordinate with Engineering and Product Management on product issues.
  • Develop positive customer and cultural relations.
  • Assist in the translation and maintenance of technical documentation.
  • Support strategic initiatives as needed.
  • Work in a fast-paced environment managing multiple projects.
  • Fluent in spoken and written English.
  • Excellent computer skills and knowledge of operating systems.
  • Weekend work and early/late hours required.
  • Familiarity with Learning Management Systems is desirable.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or experience in customer support.
  • Ability to work independently and under pressure.
  • Excellent planning and organizational skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential material.
