Overview

The Onboarding Consultant at Turnitin will engage and inspire new and existing customers throughout the Americas region, ensuring successful implementation and adoption of educational technology products.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience required.
• 3+ years of experience onboarding customers at a SaaS company.
• Fluent in English and Spanish with strong communication skills.
• Proven ability to distill complex ideas into clear messaging.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Tech-savvy with the ability to learn new software quickly.
• Knowledge of onboarding processes and best practices.
• Familiarity with educational technology and learning management systems.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Willingness to travel up to 10% annually.
