  • Own the Sales Enablement Roadmap and Quarterly Plans.
  • Accelerate new sellers' time to value and quota.
  • Develop customer education and enablement resources.
  • Enhance the articulation of Owner's value from front lines.
  • Collaborate with Sales Leadership and Team.
  • Ensure knowledge content is created and accessible.
  • Support process iteration and training.
  • Empower front-line managers and the Enablement team.
  • Work in a remote-first environment.
  • Contribute to a growing team in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

  • 3+ years in revenue enablement.
  • Experience as a front-line rep in Sales or Customer Success.
  • Proven project management and execution skills.
  • Expertise in delivering Sales Academy programs.
  • Detail-oriented and organized.
  • Flexible and innovation-minded.
