Overview

The Sales Enablement Specialist will assist in the execution of sales enablement programs for various sales teams across the organization, managing tactical elements for sales training, product education, sales onboarding, and sales certification programs.

In Short

  • Updating and supporting sales onboarding programs.
  • Design and create e-learning courses and videos.
  • Assist with tracking success metrics and KPIs.
  • Manage annual and monthly training calendars.
  • Partner with enablement managers on prioritizing requests.
  • Support administration of sales enablement tools.
  • Assist with special projects for sales effectiveness.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of related experience in sales or marketing.
  • LMS or instructional design experience preferred.
  • Content Management System experience preferred.
  • Creativity and strong problem-solving ability.
  • Disciplined approach to planning and achieving results.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree required.
