Sales Enablement Specialist - Remote

BizAway is a solid international company focused on delivering innovative travel management solutions. We are looking for a driven and enthusiastic Sales Enablement Specialist to contribute to the growth and success of our Sales Team.

In Short

• Support the Sales team to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
• Create and maintain training content (Confluence guides, Google Docs, Canva Presentations).
• Collaborate with Team Leaders and Managers across teams.
• Work on Quarterly OKRs and report to the Sales Enablement Lead.
• Propose actions and strategies to enhance the sales process.

Requirements

• High level of English, both written and spoken.
• At least 1 year of experience in a similar role or as a top performer in sales.
• Experience with Salesforce, Confluence, and Canva is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills and project management mindset.
• Proactive and flexible in a fast-changing environment.
