BizAway is looking for a driven and enthusiastic Sales Executive who desires to contribute to the growth and success of our Sales Team.

In Short

• Manage the full sales process from first contact to contract signature.
• Research and prospect for new clients in Romania.
• Run outbound campaigns via phone, email, and other touchpoints.
• Present solutions to various stakeholders.
• Conduct live demos of the platform to qualified prospects.
• Lead negotiations with potential clients.
• Forecast sales revenue and manage deal pipeline.
• Attend fairs and public events to promote the solution.
• Collaborate with the Sales Team for continuous improvement.
• Propose actions and strategies to enhance sales growth.

Requirements

• Excellent level of English and native Romanian.
• At least 1 year of experience in a similar role.
• Proactive and reliability-focused attitude.
• Desire to face challenges and continuously improve.
• Ability to propose value-creating solutions.
• Comfortable in a fast-changing environment.
