Overview

As a Customer Success Executive, you will manage a portfolio of BizAway clients in the BENELUX market, ensuring they are onboarded successfully, adopt the platform, renew contracts, and expand their usage.

• Manage and grow a portfolio of corporate clients.
• Deliver seamless onboarding tailored to each client’s needs.
• Track client health through usage data and surveys.

• Identify and act on upsell opportunities.
• Collaborate with Sales, Support, and Product teams.
• Suggest actions to improve the customer journey.

Requirements

• Fluency in English and Dutch.
• 1+ years of experience in B2B Account Management or Customer Success.
• Comfortable working with CRM tools (Salesforce preferred).
• Proactive, organized, and thrive in a fast-changing environment.
• Strong communication skills and a client-first mindset.
