Product Designer - Remote

Overview

As a Product Designer at BizAway, you will be responsible for creating intuitive, user-centered digital products by leading design discovery activities and collaborating with product managers and developers.

In Short

• Lead design discovery activities within your squad.
• Collaborate with other Product Designers for consistency.
• Turn insights into flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
• Test solutions with users and iterate based on data.
• Guide the Research Strategy and manage the Research repository.
• Contribute to the design system and its evolution.
• Organize and manage co-design sessions and workshops.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of implemented solutions.

Requirements

• 4–6 years of experience as a UX/Product Designer.
• Strategic collaborator with multidisciplinary teams.
• A portfolio showcasing your end-to-end design process.
• Proficiency with Figma and familiarity with analytics tools.
• User-obsessed, data-driven mindset.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Fluent in English (Italian is a plus).
• Belief in the power of simplicity in design.
• Strong communicator who articulates design rationale.
