Overview

The Workforce Management Specialist is responsible for the strategic and operational management of the workforce to ensure the company has the right number of employees with appropriate skills, optimizing operational efficiency, maximizing productivity, and achieving key Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

In Short

  • Analyze historical data to forecast staffing needs.
  • Develop and maintain forecasting models.
  • Create and manage employee schedules.
  • Monitor real-time performance metrics.
  • Prepare periodic reports on workforce performance.
  • Collaborate with team managers and HR.
  • Train team leaders on WFM tools.
  • Act as a Subject Matter Expert for workforce planning.
  • Utilize WFM software for optimization.
  • Identify trends and opportunities for improvement.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in Workforce Management.
  • Familiarity with forecasting and scheduling concepts.
  • Proficiency with WFM software (e.g., Genesys, Calabrio).
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor's degree or diploma in a relevant field.
