Overview

We are looking for a mid-level Product Designer to join Sequence and help shape the future of AI-powered finance automation.

In Short

Design AI-first product experiences across billing, invoicing, collections, and finance agent workflows.
Partner with PMs and engineers from discovery through shipping to bring new concepts to life.
Explore how agentic AI workflows should behave.
Move fluidly between broad concepts and tactical deliverables.
Prototype rapidly, testing ideas with internal stakeholders and customers.
Contribute to design reviews and help build a strong design culture at Sequence.

Requirements

Experience shipping B2B products, ideally in finance or workflow-heavy domains.
Comfortable in an early-stage environment.
Interest in AI tools and designing with and for AI.
Ability to embrace ambiguity and explore new interaction patterns.
Prioritize speed and impact over extensive analysis.
