Product Designer - Remote

In Short

• Working with Product manager and other designers to identify and drive design opportunities for Binance Fiat and P2P product.
• Develop, implement, and refine design processes to support rapid iteration and improvement.
• Apply design thinking methodologies to create globally appealing, user-friendly designs.
• Participate in design reviews, offering expert insights and suggestions.
• Work end-to-end by identifying opportunities and working with engineering to deliver high quality solutions.
• Collaborate with the broader design team to ensure a seamless product experience.
• Conduct user research and partner with product managers to drive solutions.
• Deliver detailed, robust UI design solutions and work directly with engineering.
• Develop strong rationale for design decisions.

Requirements

• 3+ years of UI design experience with proficiency in typography, desktop/mobile UI, color, layout, iconography.
• 3+ years of UX design experience with knowledge to define how an experience should behave.
• Experience with user research.
• Proficient in Figma.
• Experience in fast-paced environments with quick delivery cycles.
• Experience in Blockchain, Cryptocurrency and Fiat / P2P product design.
