In Short

• Collaborate closely with PMs, engineers, and design leads to define problems and co-create solutions.
• Translate insights from user research into prototypes and production-ready designs.
• Participate in and occasionally lead product discovery activities.
• Balance fast-paced iteration with high-quality interaction and visual design.
• Evolve and maintain our design system for consistency across products.
• Contribute to a culture of continuous learning and cross-functional collaboration.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience designing digital products.
• Experience designing for immersive learning or safety-critical environments.
• A portfolio demonstrating strong user-centered design.
• Experience running or participating in discovery activities.
• Proficiency with Figma and component-based design systems.
• Strong communication skills to articulate design trade-offs.
• Excitement about working in a fast-paced, mission-driven startup.
