Overview

The Customer Success Executive (CSE) will ensure the overall success and value delivery of Medication Management Solutions at strategic customers, developing relationships with C-Suite executives and promoting long-term adoption of technologies.

In Short

  • Establish trusted relationships with Pharmacy, Nursing, IT, and Procurement leadership.
  • Partner with customers throughout the sales life cycle.
  • Track and ensure utilization of contractual entitlements.
  • Responsible for customer-facing contact and remediation planning.
  • Develop relationships with Vice Presidents and Directors at assigned IDNs.
  • Increase overall customer Net Promoter Scores (NPS).
  • Promote ease of doing business to ensure growth.
  • Ensure software upgrades are current.
  • Manage customer satisfaction, adoption, and retention.
  • Field-based role requiring over 50% travel.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • At least 8 years of experience in Customer Success.
  • Proficient in Office software.
  • Valid driver's license meeting BD's auto safety standards.
  • Strong communication and analytical skills.
  • Experience with Salesforce or similar platforms preferred.
  • Sales or post-sales experience preferred.
  • Understanding of hospital systems’ operations preferred.
