Requirements

  • Associate's Degree in business or technical field preferred.
  • 1-2 years of technical support experience or equivalent.
  • Familiarity with basic networking hardware and software components.
  • Strong work ethic and ability to work independently.
  • Excellent grammar and active listening abilities.
  • Ability to document practices and procedures clearly.
  • Up to 15% domestic travel may be required.
  • One industry-specific certification (CompTIA A+, Net+, Security+) preferred.
  • Software knowledge and Microsoft certification a plus.
  • Ability to work in a team environment.
