Overview

The Client Success Executive plays an integral role in helping to drive the growth and expansion of key customer accounts, ensuring customers receive exceptional service and support while achieving sales targets.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience as a Customer Success Manager.
  • Experience in the SAAS industry preferred.
  • Experience in the tax and accounting industry is a plus.
  • Exceptional time management and prioritization skills.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to self-motivate and maintain a consistent schedule.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
